Return window
You may return any item purchased from KitchenEdge Tools within 30 days from the date of receipt of your order.
Condition of returned items
Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions or to apply a restocking fee.
How to start a return
Email admin@ccgoldenleafllc.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll send return instructions within 1–2 business days.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right at no cost to you.
